With nearly 40 years of experience in Florida's real estate market, Ann is a trusted advisor to buyers and selelrs alike.  Her depth of knowledge, steady guidance, and strong negotiation skills have helped countless clients navigate everything from straightforward transactions to complex challenges with confidence.  She approaches every deal with patience, professionalism and a pratical mindset that keeps her clients goals front and center.

Ann believes real estate is about more than transactions - it's about community.  She served 11 years on her local Planning and Zoning Commission, contributing to thoughtful growth and development.  She has been a Key Contact and is a Federal Political Coordinator to Senator Rick Scott, keeping him abreast of homewowners needs and how federal laws affect us locally.  She has volunteered on numerous builds with Habitat for Humanity and has been involved since the inception of her high school scholarship program, which has raised more than $1.5 million in just three years to support students pursuing higher education.

A respected leader within the profession, Ann is active at the local, state and national levels of the  Realtor organizatioin.  She has chaired multiple committees, mentored emerging leaders and served as President of the Fort Lauderdale Association of Realtors and President of the National Women's Council of Realtors.  Her leadership reflects her commitment to elevating the industry and serving both her clients and colleagues with integrity.

Ann loves to travel, cook, entertain and has taken golf back up after a 30 year hiatus!
